As I told you last weekend, we had the opportunity to know a little more about the new range of hybrid vehicles Toyota have just completed the Japanese with the release of their last three models: the new and updated Prius, version Prius + to the whole family with up to seven seats and, last but not least interesting, the ultra-efficient Prius PHEV plug-in hybrid technology and greater electric range. All of them have passed through our hands and now I am about to share the feeling with the car I have passed. Let’s start with the mother of the lamb: the new Toyota Prius .

The new version of Prius features a revised exterior design, a higher perceived quality interior, a more sophisticated instrumentation and various multimedia and advanced navigation: Toyota Touch, Touch & Go Toyota and Toyota Touch Pro Plus Thus, the Prius is still one of the most prominent vehicles in the field of technological innovation. Each generation has introduced advanced technology innovations in the segment, ahead of his time. That said, let’s see what he can offer us the updated Toyota Prius once embedded in the asphalt of our cities and highways.

The Toyota Prius has a very new exterior design, especially in the front, which receives headlights look like you have all the other models in the Japanese art. The rear, however, has also been redesigned, but has not made the leap that if you have the nose, with a redesigned grille and emblem of the “T” decorated with a blue background that characterizes models equipped with the system Hybrid Synergy Drive. Once inside the cabin will note that the update is deeper than we thought: we find new multimedia systems are equipped as standard, a marker type “display” new mail and some details that improve passenger comfort. The brake “Standing” is still the best anti-theft model, which has not succumbed to the update and continue to be as hidden as always, beside the clutch pedal. The dashboard still shows a hard plastic finish that does not satisfy us, the seats are comfortable and sports, as well grab our body, and the racks are numerous (two doors and two in the center), although it could have further optimized the slides in the carrier.

To become a memorable model, try – no doubt we are now nothing more nor less than one of the best SUV in the world, high-end models not only because they belong to a very important brand, but by the characteristics of it. Being directly a competitor perhaps the Mercedes Benz ML 63 AMG or the Porsche Cayenne, the BMW X6 is totally and definitely an interesting model of that much we would like.
