The McLaren MP4-12C is a supercar that will come to stand up to the most mentaditos the segment, including Porsche and Ferrari. Be marketed in a limited number of units, franchised dealers around the world, and has a price that does not seem so exaggerated considering its many virtues: starts from 200,000 euros. Not cheap, of course, but other brands tend to show higher rates for similar vehicles and sometimes even lower.
The MP4-12C finally shows its technical data and features, which only confirm what a great car it is. Equipped with a twin-turbo V8 engine of 3,799 cc displacement, located lengthwise and made of aluminum. It delivers a power of 600 hp at 7,000 rpm, but can stretch up to 8,500 rpm. With its maximum torque of 600 Nm constant between 3,000 and 7,000 rpm, comes the power to the rear wheels through a seven-speed transmission.
This car also has a low unladen weight of 1,336 kg, thanks to a structure made of carbon fiber and aluminum. To make matters worse, with options for weight reduction can reduce 35 kg extra. In terms of dimensions, the length is 4.5 meters, width 1.9 and height of 1.19 meters.
